People adapt to the prevailing systems and civil life, while they are repelled by the eras of war and cry out, this is the original normal nature.

Since research and political estimates indicate that the crisis in the region is ongoing, we must return to the problematic basis that led to this wrong political meaning, and I summarize it in the absence of the concept of the state. A long time has passed since the state was marginalized by purely ideological replacements such as slogans of the nation or nationalism, and political experience has proven that whoever follows the concept of the state, foundation and law is the one who survives any explosion, crack or conflict. One of the most important things that can be taught to the young is the concept of the "social contract", as it is the basis of the statement when we talk about the concept of the state in the philosophical and political sense, since the seventeenth century with Hobbes, and to the twentieth century with John Rawls, and it is the basis of social control, as this concept can be summarized as the ruler is the one who estimates and weighs matters, and the social contract, as Rousseau expresses it, is a system of mutual concessions between individuals, a concession between the public of their freedoms that conflict with the freedoms of others in the public sphere. This is how he summarized his statement. When the state is absent, evil comes, Hobbes wrote: "Civil war is but an embodiment of the state of nature, and therefore all men, including those who are in charge of religion, are subject to the same desire of power, which drives them to seek the causes of power by seeking control over men's bodies and souls." The great dreams that tease the imagination of the masses have not succeeded in raising crucial questions related to the meanings of failure, and they exclude intellectual and religious change that automatically creates total change, as the blood of gradual change flows in the veins of institutions to produce a different reality, and have not yet raised crucial questions in order to get out of the rising dilemmas, crises and successive wars, which produce crises, and entrench grudges that will extend for generations without a clear cause. In conclusion, every decline of the state is accompanied by a collapse in the network of relationships between members of society, and between society as a whole and the law. The inability to rely on any intended civil contract between any individual and another, between any institution and another, returns people to the pre-society state.
