Whispers of Winter
Poem original by Aziz Mountassir
Translation into English by Neidi Romani
When winter’s breath begins to sigh,
With frosty air and a silver sky,
Hand in hand, we stroll through the street,
Where snowflakes dance, a gentle retreat.
Our laughter echoes through the chill,
In cozy cafes, we find our thrill.
With mugs of cocoa, warm and sweet,
You are my fire, my heart's heartbeat.
The world is quiet, a blanket of white,
As stars twinkle in the velvet night.
Wrapped in your arms, I feel so free,
In this winter wonderland, just you and me.
Through swirling winds and silence profound,
In every snowflake, our love is found.
Together we dream, our spirits aglow,
In this winter season, let our love grow.
